Form contents are sent to us when you submit a form. If an error occurs when a form is submitted, Systeme’s error monitoring service (Sentry) may receive the content of that form. As with any website, our platform also receives the address of each page you open; for result pages, that address includes your profile type and suggested route.
The “v” cookie cannot be read by page scripts, so it did not appear in our own checks. Systeme has confirmed that published pages set it, that there is no setting to turn it off or make it depend on consent, and that a consent banner cannot stop it being set.
Emails sent through our website platform, including the profile email, contain a small tracking image and tracked links. This lets our platform record when an email is opened (if your email program loads images) and which links are clicked. See our privacy notice.
You can clear stored site data at any time in your browser settings (usually under privacy or site data). Closing the tab clears the session storage items in the table above. The “v” cookie stays until it expires or you delete it in your browser settings.
