Paul and Ben Seabridge are brothers, entrepreneurs and acquisition specialists who help people buy businesses, grow through acquisitions and prepare for an eventual exit.

Paul and Ben's acquisition journey began over 15 years ago, when they bought a real estate business together. That first acquisition showed them the potential of buying established businesses and growing through strategic acquisitions.

Since then, they have used this approach to build multiple groups with seven- and eight-figure revenues. Their focus is on bringing complementary businesses together, strengthening their operations and creating value through shared resources, cost savings and economies of scale. Bringing well-run companies into a larger group can create a business with stronger combined earnings and greater appeal to private equity, listed companies and other strategic buyers.

Together, Paul and Ben have been involved in over 100 deals across more than 30 industries in 12 countries and have raised over US$500 million in capital. Their experience spans finding off-market opportunities, assessing businesses, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation and acquisition funding, with a focus on established small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. Paul is the author of Buy, Build, Sell.
